3 times a week, 4 hr per visit for 3+ months


The Chair...Lose his body and train his brain the correct position.


Schroth method. German woman developed this for her scoliosis.


Dr. Matt (right) and trainer (left) are teaching Thomas how to breath and extend his chest & back. He looks BIG.


Need to do this 30 min before bed every day to correct his neck curve and back curve/twist.

Hope he will be ok.
